What Are Cataracts?

"What is a cataract?" is a question which has been asked many times throughout history by people who face deteriorating vision due initially to an increased glare. There is a need for phacoemulsification techniques to spread throughout the world so that more operations can be completed sooner and with less risk, and there is further development possible to replacement lenses so that post operative vision will be improved.
